The 2024 AFLW season was the highest streamed of all time across Foxtel Group platforms Kayo Sports, Foxtel Go, Foxtel Now and BINGE, up 61% year-on-year. Across the season, 179 million minutes were streamed.
Linear audiences on Foxtel were also up, growing 12% year-on-year. Collectively, across the Foxtel Group, audiences grew 29% year-on-year. The 2024 season was the best performing across Foxtel Group since 2018.
The Final, which saw North Melbourne Kangaroos create history as the first undefeated team across an AFLW and AFL season, also created history as the best performing AFLW Grand Final, lifting 31% year-on-year.

The 2024 season featured five of the top 10 all-time streamed AFLW games across Foxtel Group. These were Grand Final: Kangaroos vs Lions, Rd1 Sydney vs Collingwood, Rd1 Essendon vs Fremantle, Rd1 West Coast vs Richmond and Rd1 Brisbane vs North Melbourne
