FOX LEAGUE WINS FIRST ARIA AWARD FOR “OUR GREATS” VIDEO

BINGE SECURES AWARD BEST ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK FOR ‘HOW TO MAKE GRAVY’

At last night’s 2025 ARIA Music Awards, Foxtel Group secured two prestigious Awards for Best Use of an Australian Recording in an Advertisement and Best Original Soundtrack or Musical Theatre Cast Album.

Fox League, on Kayo Sports, took home the accolade for Best Use of An Australian Recording in an Advertisement for ‘Our Greats’ video by multi-award-winning Indigenous group 3% at last night’s ARIA Music Awards in Sydney.

Fox League teamed up with 3% comprising Angus Field, Corey Webster (aka “Nooky”), and Dallas Woods to create a new music video for their 2025 hit ‘Our Greats’, which celebrates First Nation sporting icons. The song lyrics feature Cathy Freeman, Ash Barty, Patty Mills and Lionel Rose.

The ‘Our Greats’ video was a cornerstone of Fox League’s 2025 Indigenous Round celebrations, dedicated to celebrating First Nation sporting icons. Filmed on the roof of Allianz Stadium, Sydney, the video brought together 3% with Indigenous children, rugby league superstars Latrell Mitchell, Josh Addo-Carr, and Mahalia Murphy, and Fox League’s Matt Nable.

Corey Webster, lead vocalist of 3%, said: “This was a true collaboration between Fox Sports, Level Two, 3%, Andrew Burford, Thom Crawford, Billy Guns, The Incredible Kids, Cathy Freeman, Patty Mills, and Thinking Loud. We’re very proud of everyone involved and grateful to be part of something so meaningful. Can’t wait to do it all again when the opportunity comes up.”

Charlie Lambert, Head of Creative Fox Sports said: “This video represents Fox League’s commitment to showcasing Indigenous talent and stories and celebrating Australian culture through sport. It was so much fun to team up with 3% and we are incredibly proud it’s been recognised at the highest level with an ARIA Award.”

BINGE Original feature film HOW TO MAKE GRAVY also took home Best Original Soundtrack or Musical Theatre Cast Album.

Based on the iconic Paul Kelly song of the same name, HOW TO MAKE GRAVY premiered on BINGE last year, smashing records to become the biggest new film premiere of the year. The film received 15 nominations at the 2025 AACTA Awards and was also nominated for a TV WEEK Logie Award.

Lana Greenhalgh, Director of Scripted Originals, Foxtel Group, said: "With Gravy Day and the festive season fast approaching, it's incredible to have BINGE Original HOW TO MAKE GRAVY honoured with an ARIA for Best Original Soundtrack. To have the music for a film inspired by an iconic Australian song recognised with this award is a real testament to the extraordinary talent of the creative team behind the film and the music, led by Meg Washington and Nick Waterman. Congratulations to all!”
