Every Race Live On Kayo Sports As Team Australia Returns To Challenge For The First Time In Almost Three Decades
Kayo SPORTS, a DAZN company, and the America’s Cup Partnership have revealed an extended broadcast agreement to bring every moment of the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup to audiences, cementing Kayo SPORTS as Australia’s home of sailing.
Under the new deal, sports fans can watch the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup, including the Preliminary Regattas, Louis Vuitton Cup Challenger Selection Series 2027, America’s Cup Match 2027, Women’s America’s Cup, and Youth America’s Cup, live on Kayo SPORTS and FOXTEL. As part of the agreement, live coverage and highlights will also be available through Kayo Freebies and on BINGE, extending the reach of the sport to even more Australians.
The 2026-2027 season launched the thrilling ‘Road to Naples’ with a three-day Preliminary Regatta Sardinia from May 22-25, 2026, before the action continues in Naples from the September 24-27 and into 2027 with the Challenger Selection series in May-June, and the America’s Cup Match in July 2027.
The Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup will see Team Australia return to the competition for the first time in almost three decades, with the dream trio of Olympic gold medallist and two-time World Sailor of the Year Tom Slingsby, three-time America’s Cup winner Glenn Ashby, and navigator from Australia’s famous 1983 victory, Grant Simmer, leading the challenge against current Defender, Emirates Team New Zealand.
For the first time in the event's history, every team to have previously won the America’s Cup will be represented in the competition.
