BINGE today released the official trailer for THE PAPER, a bold new mockumentary-style comedy series from Greg Daniels (The Office) and Michael Koman (Nathan for You). The 10-part, half-hour comedy series will premiere September 4 on BINGE with the first four episodes, followed by two new episodes each week.
Starring Domhnall Gleeson (Ex Machina, About Time), Sabrina Impacciatore (The White Lotus), and Oscar Núñez (The Office), THE PAPER, follows the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch in the Emmy Award-winning series “The Office” as they find a new subject when they discover a historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it.
The series also features Chelsea Frei (The Moodys), Melvin Gregg(American Vandal), Gbemisola Ikumelo (A League of Their Own), Alex Edelman (Just For Us), Ramona Young (Never Have I Ever) and Tim Key (This Time with Alan Partridge).
THE PAPER is created, written, and executive produced by Greg Daniels (The Office) under his banner Deedle-Dee Productions, and Michael Koman (Nathan for You). Executive producers include Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, Howard Klein, Ben Silverman, and Banijay Americas (formerly Reveille).
